I am trying to help a Canadian friend with the proper needles for a lovely little Wanzer machine. Does anyone know what needles would best fit?
Thanks in advance!

While I know nothing about Wanzer sm, I did consult the ISMACS needle book....
Model A takes a 1x1  Boye #20
Model B takes a Boye 2 1/2
Model C takes 15x1, Boye #15
Model E takes 29x3
Model F takes1x14

Thanks Farmer John! After a bit more digging, I have discovered that this one is a Little Wanzer, so the needle hunt continues.

The "Little Wanzer" is listed in the ISMAC needle book, but all columns are blank...no information.  On to the Needlebar book, which DOES list your sm along with a picture of it.    They call out a Singer 16 x 1 needle, Schmetz 12:05 or a European 287 /690/ 1652.  Also Organ 16 x 257
Shank diameter 1.63mm
length to top of eye  33mm
overall length  38.2mm
