I was given this machine when I bought some wine making supplies. It says "Seamstress". I've looked online and it appears to be made by National. Does anyone have any info on it?

From the very best that I can tell, the SeamstresS badge was made for a Canadian distributor (by National).

Nice find!  From the Art Deco treadle cabinet I'd guess 1920s or 30s.

That is called the Eldredge Model A Rotary. It was in production up to the time the National factory closed. It was sold as a Treadle and after WW2 it could be ordered with an electric motor installed on it. After WW2 it was painted non glare brown and by 1949 had reverse stitching added.
